Dizzley Land (where Mickey lives)
Narbles (round glass orbs)
Binoc-lee-ars (for seeing a long way away)
Cinco Zhanaz (what you get when you learn Spanish and church songs, "Sing Hosanah")
I have a 'nouncement (get ready for something 'portant)
That's redicleeous!

Upon finding bricks buried in the backyard....
Kip: "Huh. I wonder how these got here? I mean, they're all over the place."
Megan: "Maybe, a long, long time ago, before we were even born, some people from South America put them there for building houses!"
Kip and Kari: *silence*

also, binary is a series of ones and zeroes ONLY
Matt Johnson says:
this is a new code i am working on that will show that binary is very basic and ineffecient
Kari says:
I look forward to your manifesto.
Kari says:
Can you translate for now, until I read and become one with your new "Better'n Binary" system?
Matt Johnson says:
the same way data signals in ram have been doubled and then quadrupled into ddr2 and ddr3 memory being able to work on all sides of the clock
Matt Johnson says:
i will use for transitors to be able to drive binary on a 4-5 point scale instead of a simple 2 point scale
Matt Johnson says:
basically bringing all code down by 200% and speeding up all electronic interactions by 100-200%
Matt Johnson says:
but don't tell anyone
Matt Johnson says:
k?
Kari says:
it's our little, confusing secret.
Obviously I am not good at keeping secrets. Since there are a grand total of 2 readers of this blog, I am not feeling bad about this.

Lunch
I just ate something called "Beef Tips in Mushroom Sauce" by Marie Callendar.
They were right- there was exactly one mushroom in there.
*grumble* Freakin' ripoff... Marie is such a Yotch.

Random Question Archive #2
Question:
If you were a pirate, how would you avoid laughing when saying 'poop deck'?
Answer:
I would poke meself in the eye with me hook hand. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't work, though.
Poop.
Heh.

Funk Lifting
SO... I don't know why I do this to myself every time. I'm 6 1/2 hours away from my shift, and I haven't gotten any sleep today. (I mean, besides the 8 I got last night, like a normal person.) It's like I clutch to this denial, that maybe I can hold on to the litte dose of normalcy that I get on these weird 5-day breaks I get as a member of the nocturnal workforce.
Well, I've got a little secret for you... after June 17th at 7:30am, I will again be a normal person. (Insert blockbuster movie-opening gala celebration here.) On June 18th, I will again be one of you day-walkers... 8 more nights, then no more.
*squeeee!*
